Racial Unity Movement Project

This is an incomplete piece that is still in the creation process. It is a movement piece that allows people to experience the effects of racism in America and encourages racial unity through celebrating diversity, encountering expressions of those who have been marginalized and challenging onlookers to stand with us in solidarity and carry the torch!

Glocal Challenge Finals

Each year, we ask Cambridge Rindge and Latin School students to solve a challenge locally in Cambridge that has global implications. The 2021 prompt for the Glocal Challenge is: How might we educate and engage the Cambridge community so they participate in the nurture and care of our urban forest?

Students teams will pitch their proposals to the public at Starlight Square and try to win the most votes! All participating teams will also pitch on stage to a panel of expert judges. Two winning teams will be chosen - one by the public and the other by our panelists!

Winners receive seed funding and paid internships to implement parts of their winning proposals.
